HOW TO ENTER

Individuals will gain entries into the prize draw for undertaking the following actions

• Completing the Great Survey on the Great Sites website (http://www.greatsites.com.au/survey), unless clearly stated otherwise members will earn 1 entry per survey completed.
• Clicking on a link in a marketing email message sent by Great Sites, unless clearly stated otherwise members will earn a maximum of 1 entry per message.
• Clicking on an onsite advertisement on the Great Sites website, unless clearly stated otherwise members will earn a maximum of 1 entry per advertisement.
• Participating in an online market research survey sent by Great Sites, unless clearly stated otherwise members will earn a maximum of 1 entry per research survey.
• Completing a marketing offer on the Great Sites website, unless clearly stated otherwise members will earn a maximum of 1 entry per offer.
• Shopping through Great Sites Shopping Partners and having their order approved, unless clearly stated otherwise members will earn 1 entry per confirmed order.
• Verifying their postal address, email address and phone number. unless clearly stated otherwise members will earn a maximum of 1 entry for verifying their details.
• Visiting the Great Sites Website and logging in. unless clearly stated otherwise members will earn a maximum of 1 entry per day for visiting the site.
• Receiving a mobile marketing SMS message sent by Great Sites, unless clearly stated otherwise members will earn a maximum of 1 entry per message.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over. Employees and immediate families of Great Sites and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. If you are completing this survey for another individual, you warrant that you have sought and received their permission, and that they agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Great Sites.
4. Great Sites reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Only one account per person permitted.
5. Promotion commences 10/01/12. Entries close 11:59pm EST on 06/01/13. Draws will take place on 08/01/13 at Level 2, 181 Riley Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 at 3pm EST. Winners will be notified by mail, email and telephone and the names of winners of prizes valued at over $100 will be published in The Australian 15/01/13. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The first valid entry drawn will win $30,000 cash (AUD) This will be in the form of a cheque payable to the winner.
7. Total prize value is $ 30,000.
8. Any costs in excess of the value of the prize (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Great Sites shall not be liable for a prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions specified on any prize literature.
9. Great Sites may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary at 3:00pm on 08/04/13 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. Winners will be notified by mail, email and telephone and the names of winners of prizes valued over $100 will be published in The Australian on 15/04/13. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

Great Sites is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.  Great Sites assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
12. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
13. Great Sites shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. Great Sites collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that Great Sites may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. JANUARY PROMOTION – LIKE US ON FACEBOOK & WIN

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over. Employees and immediate families of Great Sites and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. Great Sites reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Only one account per person permitted.
4. “Promotion Period” means the period 01/01/12 and final entries close at 11:59pm EST on 31/01/12.
5. Individuals must have an active account on the Great Sites website to be eligible for the promotion.
6. To enter, individuals must conduct the following activities during the promotion period:

   • Complete and submit the entry form on Facebook by entering First Name, Surname and Email address

7. The Prize Draw will take place at Level 2, 181 Riley Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 at 11:00am on Thursday 03/02/12. The Winner will be notified by email and the name of the winners of prizes valued over $100 will be published in The Australian newspaper on 10/02/12. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prize pool will be increased to $1,000 cash if more than 500 Facebook Recommendations is received during the promotion period.
9. Total prize value is $ 1,000.

4. “Promotion Period” means the period 01/02/12 and final entries close at 11:59pm EST on 29/02/12.
5. Individuals must have an active account on the Great Sites website and be a Facebook Fan of the Great Sites Australia (http://www.facebook.com/greatsites) at time of judging to be eligible for the promotion.
6. To enter, members must post a message on Great Sites Australia Facebook wall and express in 25 words or less why they like Great Sites.
7. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or received after the closing date will not be considered. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. Only one entry per member permitted throughout the promotion period.
9. Entries close for each week at 11:59pm AEST on the dates specified in the table below. The judging will take place at Level 2, 181 Riley Street Darlinghurst NSW 2010 at 11AM on the dates specified in the table below. Entries will NOT be entered into any subsequent weekly judging.

10. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
11. Total prize value is $ 1,000. This will be paid to the winners in the form of cheque or EFT.
